Business Operations and Strategy

The Business Operations and Strategy Division develops, plans, coordinates, and implements a comprehensive program of requirements in the areas of strategic planning and communications, correspondence and policy document oversight, human capital management, financial and acquisitions management, and real and personal property management for the Office of Railroad Safety.
