Abstract/Summary
I’m glad I have this opportunity to talk with you before I head home to Chicago and begin a new chapter as a Senior Fellow at the Chicago Metropolitan Agency for Planning. When I think back on my time with RSAC – both as a labor representative and as the FRA Administrator for nearly the past 6 years – I’m convinced of the value of the process and believe it serves as a model for other agencies and industries.
