FRA takes care to ensure the accuracy and completeness of all data in each annual enforcement report.  Information in each of FRA’s annual enforcement reports is based on information that FRA had at the time that the agency issued the report.  If FRA receives more accurate or corrected information after publishing the report, FRA updates the enforcement data in its enforcement database and records.  Therefore, reports FRA previously issued may not match the current data in FRA’s recordkeeping system.  Specifically, the number of violations associated with individual cases and the total number of violations shown in the report’s Appendix may be incorrect.  Beginning with the FY 2024 enforcement report, if any errors or discrepancies are identified, FRA will include them in the next annual enforcement report, in a section addressing such errata.
