The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) periodically solicits applications and proposals for the High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) Program. In the spring of 2011, FRA solicited grant applications under the HSIPR Program for Individual Projects (e.g., PE/NEPA and FD/Construction) and Service Development Programs. The application period closed on April 4, 2011.

Please note the documents are intended to provide guidance applicable to projects submitted in response to the respective publication. If you are grantee that has received an award under one of the following NOFAs, please contact your regional manager for specific questions on award funding, requirements, or deadlines.
