Question 1:	Where can I obtain guidelines for preparing Accident/Incident reports?
Answer 1:	From the newest FRA Guide for Preparing Accident/Incident Reports (Published in May 2011).
Question 2:	Where do I get the most up-to-date FRA Accident/Incident reporting forms?

Question 3:	I have reviewed the newest Guide for Preparing Accident/Incident Reports and I still have some questions. Who do I contact regarding changes in Railroad Accident Recordkeeping and Reporting requirements?

Question 4	I would like to submit Accident/Incident reports electronically, What are the ways I can do this?
Answer 4:	FRA's software application AIRG allows data entry, update, maintenance, and electronic upload of reporting data to the FRA. Click here for Airg Request Form, or Railroads can submit year-to-date data electronically, following the data file layout specifications in the Companion Guide: Guidelines for Submitting Accident/Incident Reports by Alternative Methods Published in May 2011.
