(CSX) submitted a petition for FRA approval of its Product Safety Plan (PSP) for the Trip Optimizer Air Brake Control product (also referred to as "TO Air Brake Control" or "Air Brake Control"). As this petition involves a railroad's PSP, FRA is publishing this notice and inviting public comment on the document.
