Summary

FRA is scheduling a public regulatory conference to further discuss issues related to its notice of proposed rulemaking on railroad accident reporting. This public regulatory conference is scheduled for January 9-13, 1995, in Sacramento, California. In order to assimilate the information discussed at this public regulatory conference, FRA is extending the comment period on its notice of proposed rulemaking (NPRM) to amend the railroad accident reporting regulations to February 10, 1995.
