Summary

As required by Section 9(a)(2) of the Federal Advisory Committee Act (FACA), 5 U.S.C. App. 2 (1988) and 41 C.F.R. Part 101-6, section 101-6, 1015(a), the Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) is giving notice of the establishment of an advisory committee to address railroad safety issues. This committee will provide recommendations and comments and will be known as the ``Railroad Safety Advisory Committee''(RSAC).
