Announcement of availability of guidance.
On June 17, 2009, FRA intends to issue guidance for the High- Speed Rail (HSR)/Intercity Passenger Rail (IPR) Grant Program. FRA will post this guidance on its Web site at: http://www.fra.dot.gov/us/ content/2243. Subsequently, FRA will publish this guidance in the Federal Register.
