FRA’s accident/incident reporting regulations require railroads to report to the agency all rail equipment

accidents/incidents above the monetary reporting threshold (reporting threshold) for that calendar year (CY).

There is no change to the threshold for calendar year 2020. Therefore the threshold remains $10,700. If you have
