FRA and the Project Proponents changed the way Alternatives C through E are represented. The primary purpose of the change was to more accurately represent the area where vehicular and pedestrian access, daylighting features, and visual connections could be established. This area is referred to as “Access Zone” on the updated diagrams. Note that the connection, station access, and daylighting features would occupy only a portion of the Access Zone.
